Percy Harvin - WR - Vikings

According to a "high-ranking Vikings source," Percy Harvin "expects" an extension similar to the deals recently signed by Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald.
The league's two highest paid receivers, Johnson scored an eight-year, $150.5 million pact last March, while Fitzgerald is entering year three of an eight-year, $128.5 million deal. Megatron's deal includes $60 million guaranteed, Fitz's $50 million. If true, it would certainly explain why the Vikings are at least exploring trading a player who's among the most gifted in the league, but also hot-headed with health question marks. However, it's extremely doubtful Harvin could even approach Fitz and Mega's deals, in Minnesota or elsewhere. We're likely only at the beginning of a long and winding ordeal.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie - DB - Eagles

The Philadelphia Inquirer expects free agent CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie to command "big money," and considers him a candidate for the franchise tag.
Long and lean at 6-foot-2, 182 pounds, DRC is also very durable and still two months shy of his 27th birthday. He's one of the league's better ball-hawkers. All that should translate to a big payday despite his inconsistent play. DRC would be due roughly $10.7 million under the franchise tag. The Sideline View's Adam Caplan "would be surprised" DRC is back in Philadelphia.

Eagles hired 49ers director of player personnel Tom Gamble as vice president of player personnel.
A hot name in GM searches this offseason, Gamble will instead make a lateral move to Philadelphia. Considered a big factor in the 49ers' recent success in the draft and free agency, Gamble will work very closely with GM Howie Roseman and coach Chip Kelly. Tony Gonzalez - TE - Falcons

Falcons coach Mike Smith reiterated Wednesday there's "no timetable" for free agent Tony Gonzalez to reach a decision on his NFL future.
"I don’t that there is anything concrete in terms of a timetable," Smith said. "But I think that conversation will take place. I had a conversation with him the week after the season and we’ll probably have another here real soon." ESPN's Chris Mortensen recently reported the Falcons were planning a "Brett Favre strategy" with Gonzalez — i.e., persistent, desperate pleas from his teammates to return — but Smith insists he won't place "any additional pressure" on the future Hall-of-Famer. Gonzalez made it clear near the end of 2012 he was ready to hang it up, but a few months of reflection may lead him to realize he's still playing at too high of a level to call it quits.

Andrew Luck - QB - Colts

New Colts OC Pep Hamilton says he may "mix in some read-option" in 2013.
"We’ll do a great job of mixing in some power runs, mixing in the downfield passing game, maybe even mixing in some wildcat plays, mix in some read-option, pistol-type schemes," Hamilton said. "Just really try and present once again a lot of conflicts for our opponents." Andrew Luck certainly has the athleticism to make plays with his feet, but we wouldn't expect a huge uptick on his 2012 running numbers (62 carries for 255 yards and five touchdowns). However, even 2-3 more rushing scores would be a boon for his fantasy prospects.
